We offer free returns within 30 days for any of our in-stock products. These include items such as folding maps, guide maps, and compasses. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to receive a return authorization number. Once received, please repackage the item(s) back up and you can write on the box and ship the item(s) back to us. We will issue your return within three business days of receiving your product back.
It is important to note that we do not refund the initial shipping charges and you're responsible for shipping charges to get the product back to us unless we made a mistake in the order. Damages and issues
If your product arrives damaged, please CONTACT US within three business days of receiving the package. We need to hear from you quickly so we have time to file a claim with the company that shipped your products. We will need a picture of the outside of the package, the inside of the package and the damage. We will ship you a replacement product free of charge.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom digital map downloads. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
